In 2013 the Morgans founded Launch Ministries, fusing decades of corporate success with a deep spiritual calling. Their mission is simple yet profound: to love, lead, and launch others into their fullest potential. Rejecting conventional limitations of religious practice, they created a sanctuary where individuals are empowered to achieve financial stability, homeownership, and generational wealth.
Today, more than 50% of Launch Ministries members are homeowners, with many advancing into commercial real estate and second property investments. Their “renovation and restoration” model extends beyond structures into lives, equipping members with financial management, freedom strategies, and banking techniques that transform families’ futures. This intentional focus has resulted in dozens of families establishing long-term assets and growing their net worths, directly addressing systemic barriers to wealth in the African American community.
From their global campus in Rocky Mount, NC, the Morgans teach weekly while extending their reach through national Christian broadcasts, including The Word Network, Inspiration Network, and TCT Network, as well as radio, published articles, and media features. Their influence has inspired thousands, both locally and globally.
On January 12, 2025, their lifelong service and vision were honored with the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, personally acknowledged by President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. They were further commended by the Governor of North Carolina and the Mayor of Rocky Mount, who designated a day of recognition and presented city keys to Launch Ministries in honor of its transformative impact.
